It is important to note that the fire engineer is only one piece of the puzzle and that for any Class 2 to 9 building in Queensland (subject to exceptions), a building certifier would be required, and fire brigade referral would need to be undertaken to get a performance solution approved.
Our performance solutions start from as little as $1,320. However, fire brigade referral fees in Queensland typically exceed the fire engineers’ fees on small to mid-size construction projects.
