Nitisha Malloo joins us from Melbourne in the position of Fire Engineer. Having previously worked with Warrington Fire since 2018, Nitisha brings with her significant experience in fire safety engineering with a keen interest in the development of innovative, performance-based solutions for projects that need architectural design flexibility. Nitisha is also well versed in undertaking cladding inspections, risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies for existing buildings for multiple large-scale clients such as Cladding Safety Victoria
Mithum Peiris joins us as a Graduate fire engineer who is currently in the final stages of completing his PHD titled ‘Structural and Fire Performance of Light Gauge Steel Framed Walls Subjected to Combined Compression and Bending Actions’. Mithum is a man of many talents, when he’s not thinking about fire, Mithum also has a keen interest in financial analytics, qualified as a Chartered Financial Analyst with the CFA Institute in the USA and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in the UK.
Oliver Lye joins us as an intern currently finishing his double major in Mechanical Engineering and Physics at the University of Queensland. Oliver is a keen rock climber and a QLD state squash player. We look forward to seeing Oliver progress as he completes his studies over the next year.
